"Why not facebook groups?", have been ask that a few times

We made the decision to add a discussion area here because some of the groups on facebook lost focus on reality!
Many have become cliques which is fine for some friends hanging out 👍
But once friends turn into experts , it got to be to much .
People with animals 2 years or less trying to convince 30 year keepers, even zoo keepers they're always wrong got to be a bit much!
(beside facebook blocking me out of my own group 80% of the time over something a member posted)
The "new minimum" sizes and stuff got to be to much. With people not seeing their ego's are damaging the hobbies and keeping of exotics.
There are some GOOD groups left 👍 but there's also MANY that do nothing but provide anti- pet groups with ammunition for the next thing they want to ban. There is also many running off new keepers for asking beginner questions (silly) <-- no new keepers = no hobby growth.
